We treat the inside once , then maintain by doing perimeter sprays either bimonthly or quarterly. We give an inside warranty incase any challenges happen between outside treatments. This treatment theory is if you do a great job on the exterior, you block most pest from getting in. This also makes scheduling very easy for both you and us.

Termites are a another of our specialtys. Termites usually arent as scary as most people think. Most of the time Termites can be spot treated after wood removal and be just as affective. Sometimes there is no way around doing a fumigation (tenting). But if spot treatment is possible, then we will do this to keep your cost down.This includes both Drywood and Subterranean Termites. We also provide Wood Destroying Organism (Termite Inspection) reports for home purchases that the bank sometimes requires.
